Pathmakers Community Sponsorship

The Pathmakers Community is an online community, off social media, run by and for people living with chronic illnesses and long term conditions.

If you don't live with a chronic illness or long term condition, but you'd like to support our work, please consider sponsoring one or more memberships in the community, to make it possible for us to continue to offer community membership by donation, with zero donation membership available, no questions asked.

If we were selling membership to the Pathmakers Community at market value, it would be priced between £50-£150 GBP per month, so I invite you to sponsor the community at £50 or more per month. If you can't afford that but you'd still like to support our work, we welcome monthly donations of any amount.
